Terms of use

Version 2026-10-08. QPondr Inc, Dallas, Texas.

The short version: be 18 or older, answer honestly, one account per person, and we will treat you fairly. Gifts are earned by completing chats, never by chance.

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.

2. What QPondr is

QPondr is an opinion panel. Brands and businesses pay us to put short questions in front of people like you. You answer if you want to. We share the crowd's answers with the brand in grouped form and keep your identity to ourselves, as described in our privacy policy.

3. Gifts and coupons

• Gifts and coupons are sponsored by the brand that asked the question and are given for completing a chat. There is no purchase, no entry fee, and no element of chance. We do not run sweepstakes or random drawings.
• Each chat says what it offers before you start. Coupons may have their own expiry and conditions set by the brand.
• Gifts have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be substituted with something of similar value if the original is unavailable.
• We may withhold a gift if we believe an answer was automated, duplicated, or dishonest.

4. Honest answers

Tell us what you really think. Gifts never depend on whether your opinion is positive or negative. If you post about a product you received through QPondr, say that it was a gift.

5. Texts and emails

By joining you agree that QPondr may text and email you chats and gift details. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Stopping texts may mean you miss chats, but your account stays open until you ask us to close it.

6. Things you agree not to do

• Create more than one account or sign up on behalf of someone else.
• Use bots, scripts, or paid services to answer chats.
• Share confidential products, questions, or images a brand shows you in a chat.
• Interfere with the service or other panelists.

7. Leaving

You can leave any time by replying to any QPondr text or email. We can close accounts that break these terms. Unclaimed gifts are forfeited when an account closes.

8. Our content

The QPondr name, logo, and service belong to QPondr Inc. Brand names and images shown in chats belong to their owners and appear with their permission.

9. No guarantees

QPondr is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, QPondr Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the value of gifts you earned in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless the law gives you a right to bring it elsewhere.

11. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by text or email before the change takes effect, and the version date at the top will update. Continuing to answer chats after that means you accept the new terms.
