The short version: you answer quick chats, brands see the crowd's answers grouped together, and your name, number, email, and address never leave QPondr. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

We do not ask for, and please do not send us, information about your race or ethnicity, religion, health, sexual orientation, citizenship, or biometrics. We never collect precise location.

How we use it

What brands see

Brands that ask a question see the answers grouped together, for example "62% of people who answered picked the blue sweater." They never receive your name, phone number, email, address, or anything that identifies you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Texts and emails

You get chats only because you ticked the box when you joined. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also ask us to remove you entirely.

Who else touches your data

Only the service providers we need to run QPondr, such as our hosting, storage, texting, and email providers. They work under contract and may only use your data to provide the service to us.

How long we keep it

While you are on the panel. If you leave, we delete your profile and contact details within 30 days, except where we have to keep a record for legal reasons, such as proof of the consent you gave.

Your choices and rights

To exercise any of these, reply to any QPondr text or email with your request, or contact QPondr Inc in Dallas, Texas. We will confirm it is you before acting.

Age

QPondr is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join. If we learn that someone under 18 has joined, we remove them.

Security

We use encrypted connections and limit who can access panel data. No system is perfect, so please tell us right away if you think something is wrong with your account.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by text or email before the change takes effect, and the version date at the top will update.
